From TV Guide

Professional and personal anxieties weigh heavily on Bobby (Dylan McDermott) in this crisply written episode. In court, Bobby is once again defending Scott Wallace (Bruce Davison), now charged with the murder of his former boss in a shooting witnessed by Ellenor and Jimmy (Michael Badalucco). To help Scott, Bobby must challenge testimony from Jimmy, who believes that Scott acted with premeditation. “I will have to go after you,” Bobby warns his associate. “And I'll get you.” Outside the court, Lindsay feels renewed hostility from the obsessive William Hinks (Michael Emerson). To protect her, Bobby resorts to drastic measures that are capped by a killer of a climax.
