questionably innocent serial killer - harasses Lindsay; and, the
increasingly distraught Scott Wallace (Bruce Davison) finally
breaks down, with tragic results. Meanwhile, a previous client
of Bobby's admits that he has information about the high-profile
kidnapping of a wealthy little girl.

Ghosts from trials past come back to haunt members of the
firm. Lindsay (Kelli Williams) is harassed by William Hinks
(Michael Emerson), the accused serial killer she successfully
defended. Tragedy ensues as Scott Wallace (Bruce Davison), whom
Bobby (Dylan McDermott) defended in the murder of his wife,
becomes progressively more troubled. And one of Bobby's
ex-clients claims to have information about the kidnapping of a
