Almost Doesn't Count

When Paul was in prison he was given a special opportunity.
He was allowed to talk with King Agrippa, and Paul made a mighty plea.
The words of Paul were so powerful and strong,
They made Agrippa tremble on his throne.
When Paul stopped talking and telling the news
Agrippa stood up and theses are the words that he used.
"Almost thou presuaded me to be a Christian too."
But these are the words I must share with you
Almost doesn't count
If you refuse to heed these warning you'll lose your eternal soul
Almost doesn't count.
It didn't then and it doesn't now
For the day will come when each of us will have to bow
As we kneel before our Savior and Lord
The Awesome King of kings
Almost doesn't count
It won't be worth anything
The value of a soul is worth more than wealth can bring
Almost doesn't count
Will not be the song that the angels sing
So why not be persuaded to live as Jesus said we should
Because almost persuaded won't do you any good.
