· For all league games,
the team must be posted before 8 o'clock on a Friday evening.
· Teams for league cup and FA cup games, must be entered before 8
o'clock on Tuesday evenings.
· Teams for UEFA cup and Champions league matches must be entered
before 8 o'clock on Tuesday evenings.
TPD v LOC teams must be submitted before 8 o'clock on Wednesday evenings.
If this isn't done, then I will enter your second choice team to face you opponents. You will as a result of this lose the match. If both managers fail to enter their team then the result will be a goalless draw. Cup fixtures will NOT clash with European fixtures so do not worry.
Rule 2 - Swearing
As some managers with previous experience may know, geocities do not appreciate abusive language being used on the message board. If swearing were to become constant then geocities would close the board. So please do not swear. If you do happen swear, I will instantly fine you £1. If it becomes repetitive I will fire you.
Rule 3 - Respect
You must at all times respect other managers and the board. This does not however mean that you cannot taunt other managers, in fact this is encouraged. But please do not be personal when you are taunting. If I believe you are being personal I will fine you £2m. If you are disrespectful towards the board, then depending on the abuse directed at the board, you will either receive a heavy fine which could include a point deduction or you may be fired.
Rule 4 - Transfers
Transfers are to be carried
out on the message board. If you are new to transfers then these are the
steps to take when you wish to carry out a transfer.
· In the subject box, please enter either the player that you wish
to purchase, the managers name of that certain player(s) or the team name
that the player play's for.
· In the box below, please enter how much you would like to purchase
the player for, or, enter the preferred method of transfer you would like
to carry out (player + money swap) etc…
When doing deals with managers, you are able to involve 3 players maximum in a swap deal for another player(s)
If you wish to know the price of a player outside of the league, please post a message asking the board the valuation of that certain player.
Once a transfer has been accepted there is no going back on the deal.
If a club decides to release players on a free, then all other clubs from the league are entitled to take these players but are only allowed to sign a maximum of 3 players from a club per month. This is so that everyone gets the chance to bring in some new faces.
Rule 5 - Debt
If you over spend and go into debt, you will have three days to remove your debt. If you fail to do so you will be fined 4m by the league, however you will then have another 3 days to attempt to remove the increased debt. If you once again fail to remove your debts you will then be fired as manager of the team.
General Information
Awards
Every 4 weeks, there will be 3 awards to be handed out, the manager of the month,the player of the month and the young player of the month. The manager of the month will recieve 10m and the manager of the player and young player of the month will also recieve 10m.
There will be awards for Top scorers in competitions. They will be as follows: -
Champions League - 20m
UEFA Cup - 15m
Premiership - 20m
Domestic Cups - 10m
There will also be awards for player, young player and manager of the season. The awards are as follows: -
Manager - 25m
Player - 20m
Young Player - 15m
Board Targets
Each team on the premier division will have targets set to them by their board. This is to increase competition and make more transfer funds accessible to the team. If a team seems to meeting their set targets, they will recieve reasonable transfer funds each month however,if the team looks to be going off target, then depending on how far off target they are they may recieve very little transfer funds each month or NO transfer funds each month. Board targets can change at any point in the season so be sure to check the targets often.
Money
Domestic Cups
If a team progresses in either
domestic cup competition they will receive £2m.
If they progress past the quarter-finals they will receive £6m.
For each leg of the semi-finals won in the League
Cup, the team will receive
£8m.
For progression past the semi-finals in the FA cup you will receive £20m.
For winning the League Cup you will receive £100m and an automatic
place in the UEFA cup next season.
For winning the FA Cup you will receive £120m and an automatic place in the UEFA cup next season.
UEFA Cup
For each round won leading
up to the quarter-finals of the UEFA cup the team will receive £2m.
For each leg won in the quarter finals the team will receive £12m.
For each leg won in the semi-finals the team will receive £18m.
For winning the UEFA cup the team will receive £140m and automatic entry to the Champions League.
Champions League
For each match won in the
group phases of the Champions league the team will receive 2m.
For each leg won in the second round the team will receive £10m.
For each leg won in the quarter-finals the team will receive £16m.
For each leg won in the semi-finals the team will receive £24m.
For winning the Champions League the team will receive £240m.
The Premier Division
The top 10 teams will recieve the following amounts of money at the end of the season: -

Relegation
The teams that finish 18th, 19th and 20th will be relegated from the premier division to the 1st division.They will also be in debt of £20m and will have to clear this by selling players and if this is not done during the League break then they will begin The 1st Division -9 points.
