Bob is a Level 4 USA Hockey Coach and a well known professional hockey coach for organizations such as Bridgewater State College, The Bridgewater Bandits, NECDL, and CHL. He has been coaching players at all levels for more than 14 years and has worked closely with many the Division 1A and Division 1 players to help them maximize their potential.

| As a player, Bob was a "never quit"
type of a person who would always give 100%. He tries to instill that into all the players he works with and brings that and fun to the rink.
He has developed a reputation over the years as a coach who relates well to his players and treats them with respect while demanding the same respect from them.
"It's really part of the game...respect, not fear. If a player respects his coaches and teammates, they will be more creative and if they are allowed to be creative, they will perform better than if they were afraid to make a mistake."
