Future Pub Guy?

Everyone wants to be part of the pub scene. In order to be a good pub guy (or gal), you need to start early. I have already started my son on a rigorous training program. Next he will move on to brand recognition, stacking a cooler properly, and ordering properly at a pub. Do you have any future pub guys or gals?
