A man was at the doctor and the doctor told him, 
"I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is you have a deadly
brain tumor. The good news is our hospital is certified to do brain 
transplants and there was an accident just out front where a young couple
was killed. You can have either brain you wish. The male brain will cost 
$100,000 and the female brain will cost $30,000." The patient could not 
help but ask why there was such a large difference in the cost of the 
male brain and the female brain. The doctor replied, "The female brain is 
used."
