2 sm. boxes of Orange Jello OR
1 sm. box Orange Jello
1 sm. box Lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
3 carrots grated
Drain pineapple well, using a strainer or cheese cloth.
Combine Orange and Lemon Jello and prepare according to package directions.
Grate carrots, using a food grater.
Stir carrots and drained pineapple into the jello mix.
Pour into a 9x12 glass cake pan ~ Refrigerate until well set.
Cut into 3 inch squares.
Note:
For a diabetic version of this recipe use Jello Sugar Free
and pineapple packed in natural juice.
