My current CD is dedicated to the Blues. It contains 17 tracks with all instruments played by myself using the home studio recording tools I describe on this site. (You could do the same!) All the songs are CD-quality.
I also wrote lyrics for the first time. One song in particular drives the spirit of the album: Wellington Blues. It is the story of a train wreck up on Stevens Pass in Washinton State nearly one hundred years ago.
I enjoyed each of the songs on their own, but once they were all assembled onto a CD they had a different feel -- they seemed to take on whole new feel.
