Review: This is a great album. Showing that as well as being
a great drummer with Nirvana, Dave can also play guitar and sing, a true
musician. This album is mostly melodic, not as heavy as you'd expect,
but lyrically it is great. Amnd there are some heavier numbers that add
variation. There is even a jazz number, "For all the cows" The best
tracks are "This is acall" , "I'll stick around" and "Big me" but really, all
of the tracks are enjoyable.

Review:

It kicks off with quite a strange, weak, jazzy song,
but the album gets better, as "Monkey wrench" follows and you just KNOW
this will be an amazing album. "Monkey wrench" is, in my opinion the Foo's
best song. It's heavy and has a great melody line. I think the songs in all are
heavier than the last. "See You" is a strange jazz/ragtime number and you
really can't get more variation than what the Foos include on their albums.
Pure genius. Stand out tracks are "Monkey Wrench" , "Hey Johnny Park" ,
"Everlong" and "Walking after you" Buy this album, JUST for "Monkey wrench"

Review:

This album kicks off with its best song, "Stacked
Actors" Heavy chors, melodic verse. How good "Breakout" and "Learn to
fly" are depends on how many times you've heard them. they are rather
played out in my opinion, which is a shame, they were great when you
first heard them but now... This album isn't as heavy as the previous, but
is probably the most well known. If you like more melodic songs this is
the Foo's album for you. "Next Year" , "Stacked Actors" , "Breakout" and
"Learn To Fly" stand out.
