If you attack a non-pk you get a PAttacker flag for 24 ticks.

If you attack a non-pk's charmie you get a PAttacker flag for 24 ticks.

If your charmie attacks a non-pk you get a PAttacker flag for 24 ticks.

If you already have a PAttacker plag and do any of the above the time is reset back to 24 ticks.

Non-PKs flagged as attackers can be pkilled with no penalty.

Players flagged attacker cannot rent.
