Rank Advancement

Rank will be promoted as the player's clan primogen feels necessary. The player may discuss their progress with them as needed. After a decision to take the testing has been made, the player must arrange an appointment to test with one of the storytellers and the primogen of their character's clan.

Remember, all kindred start out at neonate, and the storytellers may advance a rank at any time necessary without testing. The Storytellers may decline testing at any time.
