Humans This most adaptable race has lived on the edge of survival for centuries. They have a tendency to spread out and inhabit even the most barren of places so they can call it their own. On the other hand, they lean towards social behavior. Only recently have they gathered in cities to better protect themselves from the dangers of the merciless desert. Only recently did they have to do that. Small human tribes once existed in the Rock Desert, herding cattle and living from the fauna and flora. No one really knows what happened, only that it is no longer just the heat and scarcity of water that threatens life out in the desert. Dwarves Dwarves will be dwarves wherever you go, a strong and sturdy race not willing to change for anything. They are a secretive, laborious, retentive of the memory of injuries (and of benefits), lovers of stone, of gems and of things that take shape under the hands of the craftsmen rather than of the things that live by their own life. The Dwarven Kingdom of old was prosperous and full of splendor and glory. The majority of the Dwarven strongholds have fallen, one by one, in the bitter Great War. Now they still live underground, where they feel most comfortable. |
