Review: Sim Goddesses.
Sim Goddesses PartII

Getting down to the bare bones, it is time I covered the skins. This site is so extensive that trying to write a review for it has been exhausting! So this part II will cover skins, walls and floors. Where to start? Skins, of course! They are the bare BONES (pardon the bad joke) of the game. No skins, no Sims, no game.....

There is a main menu for skins, which has female heads, female clothes, male heads, male clothes, families heads and clothes, and kids heads and clothes. You'll be sure to find something here you can't resist adding to your collection.

As always, I go by the old rule of Ladies First, so let's see what the female section has to offer. Female heads have an amazing collection! These heads have gorgeous styled hair. You'll find heads for the Sims Goddesses, Serene, Gaia, and Byline. They all look GREAT! As for ladies clothing..... Some outfits at the top that have matching outfits for men and children. There's a great looking Swedish sweater...very cozy...There are quite a few nice dresses, look out for the white underwear outfit...has it's own tattoos to display! In a direct contrast, there are some very classy lovely long Christmas jumpers.

Male heads....hmmm....some pretty nice ones. Dean and Michael have the most amazing blue eyes. Nice thing about their heads, they are shown without the mesh in the background, so you can kind of see how they were designed.... Well, for me, a NON skinner, object maker, etc....I THINK ITS COOL. So there. Anyways, mens' clothes...At this point, only two outfits, which have matches to women's clothes.... :-(

The families section is nice. Some GREAT formal wear for Husband and Wife, matching of course. Lots of cute mother and daughter skins....I love the Hot Red and Playful Red. Some average Father/Son skins. But all of these are nice. At the bottom of the page is a really unusual family....Lost City of Atlantis family. It is great! The guy looks a little lost...facial expression anyways. But the clothes are beautiful, look very regal.

Kids are always nice to have new skins of. Personally I think Maxis could do better than the shorts and T-shirts they seem to have an overabundance of. Well, there aren't too many skins here. Most of them have matches in adult clothes. There is the nice traditional Swedish sweater to keep your Sim kids warm in the winter. However, there are several very nice heads of both boys and girls....Good for a little variety. The girl head Kayla and the boy head Anthony both look a little worried. But all in all, nice to add to your set.

Walls and floors has a nice menu available on the left-hand side of the screen. It is VERY simple...user friendly and all. Bathroom walls...I love the Satin Bath. I am partial to pastel bathrooms, very restful and soothing and all. However the Bathroom Wave is very stylish, and there is a great mural for this bathroom at the bottom of the page. In Bedroom walls I am partial to the Exclusive line, which looks like a very elegant suite from a hotel. Has matching floors on the same page. Under Exterior Walls there are some incredible sidings, a GREAT dungeon, walls to build your own log cabin, and a darling Swedish country garage. Too cute. I will definitely need to get that new hard drive I've been griping about, especially after a visit to this site when they update! The kids walls have some great themes like sports, fairy tales, and a great little Halloween Party section! Got a Kitchen that needs a feminine touch? These great walls will do the trick. With designs like the Latticed flowers, the Allmoge(hmm....wasn't there an OBJECT set for that? :-) Better go look!), and the sweet striped Spring Tulips walls, there is something here to give that tired kitchen a great makeover. Living rooms offers a taste of everything from a very classic 18th century to a warm and modern Golden Goddess. VERY nice. For your Study or Den there is a great Amishism pattern, complete with mock bookshelf wallpaper. Very Study-ish.

Only two houses...but WOW! The Solbacken house is AMAZING! Great story and characters! Also, the Countryside Cottage has a cute story. Both have shopping lists of downloads from the website you will need in order for the houses to appear correctly in the game. I went ahead and downloaded the Solbacken, although I would suggest making a few large zip files of each object, instead of having them all to be downloaded individually. I would have normally given up, and just improvised, but I am very impressed with the quality of objects at Sim Goddesses.

Roofs look great, with several nice colors which each have several different styles. Nice log cabin roofs as well.... Oh, well, we're almost done, onto the floors! Just a few bathroom floor tiles, with links to matching walls. They look really nice and classy...great for right after your Sim gets out of the bath(or shower). Under bedroom floors, only the Odd &Beautiful floor tiles are available at this time (I'll try to remember to update these reviews in a few months/weeks...whenever there are some major updates). Kids floors has the Fairy tale floors to match the walls...link provided to those.... Under Kitchen floors you'll be able to find Latticed flowers and Nordic Wine, both of which have matching walls(can these gals match a house or what?) Beautiful Goddess and Masculinity Tiles for your Living room...Very elegant Oriental floors in the Study/Den...No outdoor tiles yet, although there is space for them...maybe coming soon??? Lastly, there are some log and stone floors under Miscellaneous.

WHEW! I've covered it! This site is so extensive you can spend hours shopping! My hat is off to the Sim Goddesses. They are doing some incredible work, and should be commended. My thanks to them for such lovely work. I can promise that I will be checking back often, to see what awesome new treasures they have here!

Obviously I give this site a 5! It is BEYOND any Julie's Jewel I could even describe. The Crown Jewels of the Sim community if you ask me..........GREAT SITE SIM GODDESSES!
