Review: Trollops and Johns. |
This is absolutely the funnest and most unique site there is out there for SIMS. A game within a game…a saucy game which is quite fun. The object…to get as many men into your bed as possible, earning a $1000 each time. I told you it was SAUCY!!! I, myself, just started the game (they are in Round Three) but am eagerly awaiting to see what my total shall be! After thirty days you are even granted a lovely tapestry and be inducted into the Order of the Purple Garter. Confused? Okay – I shall start from the beginning – FIRST OF ALL, this site is NOT for kids. The GAME is NOT for kids! Just for the record – and if you don’t listen to me, the owners of the site also state this. The basics on this game – you create a household of three trollops and one or more households of johns to serve as their clients. The trollops are allowed only ONE source of income…a $1000 each time they succeed in getting a john to play in their love beds. EXCEPT for that $1000, no cheat codes or special items that add to the households revenues or improve the character’s moods are allowed (I am not sure what special items they are talking about – this is why I am just NOW beginning to attempt to play the game). The entire point is to play a STRAIGHT game of SIMS and earn money ONLY through taking care of their clients (they do have an official list of rules!). Whoever’s trollops have the highest net worth after 30 Sims days WINS! Not ONLY is this a game site, with rules it also has GREAT downloads to help you with your career in trolloping! They have the female skins you will need – lovely skins by the way! Also humourous little notes with beside each download – especially with the trollops…I just love a site with HUMOR! There is also the Toyboy skins…every woman needs at least ONE toyboy in their life! These skins are well done and trust me, your female Sims will be falling all over themselves to get at them! In the Brothel…that is where you have the object downloads to enable your trollops to do their business. Everything is done in lovely tones of purple – which is a plus since I love purple! You have lamps, chairs, end tables and of course, the purple trollop Love Bed. And might I add, the walls and floors, beautiful! Not at all gaudy as you would suspect from a brothel! The site goes on to explain how to gather your roses (rosebud cheat), how to capture your budget window (can’t win the game without this!!!), obviously how to upload your budget window file, a lovely dedication page to those who have already won the prestigious Purple Garter Award and Players’ Diaries. At the moment there is only one Player Diary up but let me tell you – it is a laugh riot! Finally there are the links and credits. I really applaud The Sim Goddesses (it started with them) for this little game…it actually puts some fun (not that the SIMS isn’t FUN!) back into the SIMS – without all the cheating! I have absolutely NO advice for this site…it is well done, amazingly unique, funny and clever. (5)
