The formation of The Sith Order:

The Sith Order has had a long and torid history. This group officially came into being on the 19th of August 2000. TSO was formed when the majority of the members of The Sith Council came to the realization that they could no longer stay with the current form of Government at TSC. Itala Marzullo was replaced as Emperor and a 7 member council was put into effect.

Unfortunately that did not last long. Bent on revenge Itala got Darth Bane the owner of the Board TSC resides upon to reinstate him as Emperor. There was nothing the members of TSC could do about this two man abuse of power. The majority of TSC decided to defect and form a new sith group, TSO.

A strange development occured when Darth Bane decided to remove Itala Marzullo from power. The members of TSO were stunned. Was it possible that Darth Bane had been freed from the evil infulences of Itala? Negotiations were held and the terms of our return were stated clearly. Bane looked like he was going to agree to the council and it looked hopeful that we would return.

In an evil twist Bane went back on his agreements. Now he demanded his position of Emperor. A new and power hungry Bane had emerged. Fed up with the situation and now having lost all trust in Bane's word and fearing betrayal TSO ended negotiations and made their new home permanent.

The Founding Principles of The Sith Order:

TSO was founded on the idea that no one man or woman should have absolute power. TSO had seen first hand that absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Emperor system had torn TSC apart countless times and so TSO will be forever ruled under a council system. The council will be kept to an odd number to avoid tie's in voting. Also no one council will have more power then another member of the council.

Matters of the utmost secrecy or those vital to TSO security will be voted on by the council. General matters will be discussed openly and then voted on by every member of TSO. TSO will be a more diplomatic organization then it would be under the Emperor system

Members will have freedom of choice. No one, I repeat, no one has the right to tell you what you can or can not do with your character. You create it and you have every right to do as you please. The council can not tell you how to role play. The council is here to guide, offer suggestions, and discuss but ultimately the final call is yours.

All sith are welcome within the walls of our headquarters. Access into the secret sith forum will be granted when the council deems a member ready. After they have shown their loyalty and completed training. Promotions will also be discussed and then voted on by the council. Positions will discussed by the council nominations made and then voting opened up to the members of TSO.

Problems, issues, and matters of internal conflict will be brought to the council attention for mediation and open discussion. Nothing shall be hidden from the members unless it is of utmost security and a matter that the council has to deal with.

No sith in TSO will ever initiate an attack on another sith allied or unallied with TSO. Intersith fighting accomplishes nothing and will not be tolerated. If you are attacked by another sith please leave the fight or ignore the post. Our enemies are the jedi and not one another. The members of TSO have fought long and hard to end all intersith fighting and we wish to see this passed on to all members.
