VILLAINS
COLONEL
GENERAL BABABU
Adversary of President Luaga. When Luaga ran for office, Bababu
was opposed to a peaceful doctor being president. So he ran
against Luage, but lost due to the people's overwhelming support
of the doctor that had saved them from disease. Bababu was exiled
but has returned on several occassions to try to overthrow the
government. His attempts were very successful but have all been
thwarted by Luaga's close friend, the Phantom. |
THE
SINGH BROTHERHOOD
This once powerful group of villains has appeared on numerous
occasions through the line of the Phantom. |
THE
MONSTER OF UGHLAND
This vile creature (actually
the Prince of the Eastern province of Ughland - tucked away
in the Misty Mountains) has on occasion entrapped and captured
Diana who whilst working through the UN was trying to flag his
country as as flagrantly disobeying the Human Rights laws.

BULLETS
This middle-range mobster
made one appearance in the Phantom stories. The gangster had
tried to set up his own village of corruption called "Bullets
Town". |
