Trans Dimensional Charter

This document is a multiversally binding agreement between dimension hoppers which attempts to reduce the effects of Believability Quotient Erosion (BQE). The charter outlines import and export restrictions into different classes of dimensions, as well as interaction guidelines for travellers when in contact with the natives of an unbridged Realm. Upheld and policed by it's adherents, it nevertheless has it's fronts of opposition. Several occurrences of interdimensional war have broken out due to this Charter.

Despite their steadfast defense of the TDC, Guild Offices are generally the worst offenders when it comes to breaking import/export laws. Restricted equipment and talent is regularly shuttled between dimensions, and it is only because The Guild's overall purpose is the protection and balance of Realms (as well as the fact that nobody really wants to mess with them) that allows them to get away with it. That, and they wrote the TDC, so they know all the loopholes.
