Emissary

Guild Emissaries are ambassadors from Shar Torin to other dimensions. Recruited from the ranks of the best and the brightest, their primary concern is the wellbeing of the dimensions to which they are assigned, and the propogation of pro-Guild sentiment. A rank above both Guildmasters and Travellers, they are a hybrid of the two, substituting into either role as needs require. Though they are capable forces on their own merit, they are also authorized to commandeer any Guild resources they require to complete their missions, and also oversee the allocation of Travellers and Guildmasters as well. They are the friendliest face of Guild Public Relations. If you are speaking with an Emissary, it is likely that you will receive what you ask for.

Emissaries act as a whole as the governing body of the Guild, creating a buffer between the true upper crust and the day to day, and even eon to eon business of the Guild. In addition to the maintenance of their dimensions they are also responsible for the administrative side of discovering new dimensions, assigning teams of Travellers to analyse and explore them and determining whether they are of value to the Guild.
