The_Guild	Your systems check doesn't register any changes, all systems are functional. You can use x-ray to see through the trees... the grove you're in isn't very large.

The_Guild	Yup.

Lopez	turning to look in that direction and i see?
The_Guild	The singing is jovial. You can't see any singers, the sound is quite distant, faint even to your ultrasonic ear.
Lopez	Range? anything on motion tracking or Radar>
The_Guild	Probably a kilometre or two. Nope. Laughter. Fiddle? The sounds of a party, maybe. It's stationary, neither approaching or receding.

The_Guild	I'm assuming passive stuff like that is always up. About twenty five humans. Dressed, you would assume, as peasants. Farmers and a few townspeople. There is dancing and singing, and food going around.
Lopez	When no one is looking I regenerate it

The_Guild	You don't know what a tinker is? :) They're people who travel from town to town, fixing pots and pans, sharpening knifes, repairing lamps, you know.... tinkering.
Lopez	ahh anything odd Biometrically with them Skeletally anything my sensors can determine and is the unborn child a boy or a girl?

The_Guild	[Most of them, unless they have a specific name. Even then the technical name would probably include construct.]
Lopez	did the fetus have any obvious birth defects?
The_Guild	[Nope. Perfect little girl.]
Lopez	Where is Do-N during all of this?
The_Guild	[You can't read things when using x-ray vision. You see through things.] Do-N is sitting back, looking slightly perturbed as she eats.
Lopez	but could I find them?
The_Guild	You could find books, sure, but you'd have to have line of sight to read them. I guess if it were engraved in the cover you'd be able to read it with x-ray, or if it were emblazoned in metal or something. But ink on paper is unreadable.
Lopez	yeah I was looking for titles on the front or spine..books about artifacing...I take looks to the various homesteads when i get the chance
The_Guild	There are books and such in the few houses within view, but none you can read.
Lopez	Can I take one of my criminal hunting tales and twist it enough to make it plausible
The_Guild	You can try.

Lopez	Ohh replace King with Ambassador and Sword with rifle and Sphere's with Mirco-fusion bombs and its alomst true and do we have people within ear shot? or any kind of shot?
The_Guild	The people at the campfire are probably about 100 - 200 yards away, they're in loud noise earshot and explosive light eyeshot, but as long as you're fairly quiet you should be fine.
Lopez	SO I can eavesdrop on those by the fire?
The_Guild	There's too many conversations right now to be able to pick them apart. Maybe later when there are fewer people.
