Shargat

The Shargat are the research branch of The Guild. Shargat are highly trained in mental, magical and engineering capacities and while some may specialize, all will have some capability in any field. Shargat are usually trained from birth, and seldom communicate vocally, being more comfortable communicating through the Thinkers, of which they are all a part. Shargat Operations Directors are tactical geniuses, and are able to monitor and execute several concurrent plans with ease.
