Some of this information has been taken from the Star Cops books whilst other parts have come from some of the scripts I have read. The information from the TV series supercedes both e.g. Stephenson in ep. 1 isn't given a first name, but in the book he is called Simon Butler therefore he is listed as Simon Stephenson.
