ISO 9000, Calls for the company's to establish and maintain a documented quality management system as a means of ensuring that product/ service conforms to specified requirements. The total documentation envisaged can be classified as under:

• Organization Plan
• System Documentation
• Quality Manual

System documentation:

• Tasks should bear relationship to each other to complete the process.
• Duplication of tasks should be avoided.
• Tasks should have the right rime sequence.
• No tasks should be left undone.
