3.) Your stage name. If you've got one, please be clear on how you want your name to appear on this site, i.e., some people prefer only their stage name to appear, etc.
4.) Your group's name, if applicable
5.) Your web site address, if applicable
6.) Your fee. This is helpful to visitors and may aid in getting you a gig faster.
7.) Cities and states where you are available to perform
8.) Your specialty, i.e., juggling, variety band, jazz band, portraits, etc.
9.) Contact phone number and fax, if available
10.) Your agent's contact information, if this is your preference.
11.) Short bio, 3 words or less. OK, we'll give you 30 just because it's you.

GLOBAL REFERRAL SERVICE PARTICIPANTS' AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions are: We don't promise you'll get a gig off this site or become rich overnight, but if you take a chance, and someone sees you, you just…… might.
We are unable to post items such as photographs, etc. for talent. If you have a web site, this would be most helpful; we're happy to post a link.
We're not an agent. We don't even look like an agent. We don't want your lousy 15% or your phone calls at 2 a.m. We just want you to go out there and get known. You don't owe us anything, we don't owe you anything, except respect, and you'll get plenty of that from us, because we're artists, too. If we saw you right now, we'd shake your hand, and that's our deal.
P.S. Musicians…. don't forget to claim your earnings at the end of the year. We need more planes for the good folks protecting our right to play these gigs.
