Sample Hallmark Team Leader
Contract
  1. The requirements in order to become a Service Hallmark Team Leader (SHTL) shall be as follows:
    1. Maintain a grade point average of 3.2.
    2. Carry a course load of 1 credit hour or more.
  2. The term of SHTL shall be as follows:
    1. Begin on the date of this signed document and ends on May 31, 2001.
  3. The duties of SHTL shall be as follows:
    1. Assist Service Chairperson in implementing a “comprehensive service program” in at least four activities.
    2. Attend all Service Hallmark meetings, at least one Executive Board Meeting and the General Membership Meeting “Celebration of Service.”
    3. Make service flyers for mailing in conjunction with Service Chairperson.
    4. Act as Service Chairperson in case of the Chairperson's absence.
    5. Write a 350-word essay on the experience of being a SHTL and due on the date of completion of the term.
    6. Must attend team leader orientation and installation.
    7. Check mailbox especially in the beginning of the week and at least three times per week.
    8. Contact Chairperson directly of any matter that will affect the outcome of the event or project.
    9. Meet deadlines as set by Chairperson.
    10. Correspond with all persons related to the International Service Project.
  4. Familiarize oneself with the International Service Project.
  5. Resignation shall occur if the team leader:
    1. Decides to resign from term and he/she must submit a letter of resignation to Service Chairperson and Service Advisor or an appropriate advisor.
  6. Removal shall occur if the team leader
    1. Fail to maintain active membership in the Chapter.
    2. Fail to fulfill their said duties
