| Medical History: | During his starfleet career, Tomal suffered a phaser blast to the spine while on a mission to Tarsus 3. His wounds were severe, and he was placed into chryofreeze and returned to Earth where his surgery was performed by the best doctors in the Federation. After recovery, he found he was able to withstand twelve times more pain than any other Romulan, which is about fourteen times more than any human. This is extraordinarily rare, for one would survive such a wound, making this officer a rather unique specimen. | |
| Psychological Profile: | All psych tests have been completely useless, Romulans are stone cold, he completely ignored all reactions that a human would have had. Results inconclusive. Possibly adaptation by Tal'Shiar tests on Romulan children. | |
| Misc Data or Biography | Romulan ToSan Tomal is a shadow in the Starfleet, it is unconfirmed as to whether or not he has Military connections or an active history in the Romulan Star Empire. He is rumored to have been at one time the SubPraeto of the Tal'Shiar, but intelligence can neither confirm nor deny this information. It is also rumored that Tomal was a defector from the Tasl'Shiar, Command will not confirm this and Tomal himself states "If I defected, the Tal'Shiar would want me dead, and I would be dead already." His knowledge of the Romulan war fleets and weapons proves valuable, which is why he now serves in the Theta Fleet along the Romulan Neutral Zone. | |
