Modifying Win95 TCP/IP Packet Size
 

Try editing the Registry, specifically this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP\
Create/edit the key "DefaultRcvWindow" with a string value set to the
packet size, e.g. "8192".
