1. Add key "WindowsUpdateTime" in section [386Enh] of file SYSTEM.INI:
WindowsUpdateTime=10
The value is the refresh rate in ms. E.g. 10 means: update
contents of console windows every 10ms.
Note: Using values less than 15-20ms needs a fast machine and a
fast video-card! Otherwise your system will really become
very slow, when a DOS-Box or Win32-Console-Application is
running.
