The climate differs from a region to another according to the reliefs and the nearness to the equator, the climate degrades from the hot-wet orbital climate to cold climate.  

In general the climate of the republic is distincted by the high temperature in the coastal regions and by the rate of humidity in summer and moderate in winter. 

But in the internal and in the mountainous regions the climate is marked to be moderate in summer and cold in winter. 
 

The official language is Arabic, and Islam is the religion. Also there is a minority of Jewish enjoying all citizens right which is guaranteed by Islam and the Yemeni Construction. 
 

The Republic of Yemen is an Islamic Arab State. 

Its Political system is on organizing the authorities of the state insinuated from the Constitution, these Authorities are : 

• The Council of Representatives, which is the legislative body 
• The Presidential Council, which is the Presidency of the Republic 
• The Council of Ministers, which is the Executive Authority 
• Judiciary and General Prosecution. The Judiciary is an independent Authority in performing its duties. 

The used local currency is the "Rial", which equals 100 "Fils". 
 

Work commence daily in the government offices and Banks from 08:00Am to 14:00 hrs. It is to be noted that the exchange services close at 12:00 noon. Commercial open for business from 08:00AM to 09:00PM.
