Bodie Island Lighthouse

The Bodie Island lighthouse is quite similar to that at Currituck Beach, being the same height and basic form. Unlike Currituck Beach, Bodie Island is painted as a daymark. In addition, it is much closer to the ocean than is its northern counterpart. This image has been cropped but is otherwise unaltered.
