Flora in Kathmandu

I took this slide while standing on the bank of the Vishnumati River, one of the rivers that flows through Kathmandu. The scene shows the intense tropical character of the plant life in the Kathmandu Valley, as well as an example of the city's interesting architecture. The river itself is not visible in this picture, though it is just in front of where I was standing.
