The Blue Ridge Mountains offer a wealth of outdoor beauty and activity. The Blue Ridge Parkway is one of the most traveled roads in the area during the Spring, Summer, and especially the Fall with the array of colors that paints the trees and landscape. On the Parkway you can find hiking trails, lakes, long distance views of the mountains, hiking, camping, and places to picnic.
