The architech spends 2 months to make these floor plans...

Then after several months and many thousands of dollars
the architech gives us this...
March 15, 1999:
The plans are finally done!
The builder and architect procede to argue
over the plans for an additional 2 months.
Now we're the proud owners of a pile of bricks.
