Tops'l is bordered on the east by the Sierra Club Game Preserve and the TopSail Hill Tract (1500 acres of pristine beachfront owned by the state of Florida for conservation and recreation purposes.) There are no structures here for as far as you can see. Imagine taking a long reflective walk or a refreshing jog along this breathtaking secluded coastline. Truly this is Heaven!
