Background

We decided to use Cha Xian Fang(CXF) as our marketing research target for several reasons.

First, we are the Year-2 student of the marketing course and we need a graduation project.

Secondly, being attracted by the Taiwanese Bubble Tea, we become a customer of CXF. We are interested to know more about CXF.

Thirdly, our group have a personal opinion that Taiwanese Bubble Tea might has marketing potential in Hong Kong. But we also found some weaknesses of CXF. Thus, we hope that this research could provide some useful information useful in helping it in its future development.

Besides, there was no similar previous studies had been performed, we believe this project is challenging to us.
