Rates are in US Dollars and valid for 01/10/1999 to 30/09/2000 in most of the cases(unless specified)and are subject to change. All payments should be made by Telegraphic Transfer/ Bank Drafts favoring OVERSEAS INDIA TOURS .

We act only as an agent while undertaking any services on the clear understanding that in case of accident/ damage/ loss/ delay/ inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the Company, its Employees or Agents, we only take the guarantee of our services, that as of the above factors nothing will be caused from our side. We do not take the guarantees of the Agencies like Airlines, Railways etc. We reserve the right to cancel/ alter the program in case of emergencies and other factors beyond the control.

Rates are for Indian made vehicles. The capacity for a car is upto 4 pax. Transfers include portage at airports/ railway stations and hotel. Sightseeing's/ tours/ excursions include entrance fees. Most of the vehicles excepting in some places are insured in INR as per Indian regulations. Bookings are subject to acceptance of this condition.

Reservation request should be made well in advance. Though every care is taken to obtain hotel and other reservation as requested, we reserve to ourselves the right to change, alter or cancel accordingly any portion of program to suit the local requirement. Normally no cancellations are levied if one months notice is given but 10% charges will be levied if the same are levied by the hotels, airlines and railways.

Rates are for standard rooms if not specified and include presently applicable taxes and services charges. Any other new tax will be charged extra. Meal plans are EP-European Plan (Room only).
