All reservations, made in advance, require a 50% deposit within five days after the reservation has been made.

RATES

Daily rates include lodging and full breakfast served in your private suite or in the formal dining room with wood burning fireplace.

Payment by cash or check preferred, however Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted.

   $140.00 Multiple night stay
   $165.00 Single night stay (includes breakfast in suite)
(Occupancy tax additional)

Although we are an adult inn, children are welcome. We will be glad to discuss your individual needs.

CHECK-IN

We would like to know your estimated time of arrival, so we can properly welcome you to the Awarenest Victorian. Our usual check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.. If this not convenient, we will make other arrangements.

Check out time is 11:00 am.

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate your business and will refund the total amount received (minus a $15.00 processing fee) if cancellation is made one week prior to reservation.

PETS

We love pets, but unfortunately our residents "Minnie" and "Tuxi" the cats and "Chi Wa" the dog are not as accommodating. We will be happy to help make arrangements at a nearby kennel. Please mention your traveling companion when you make your reservation.
