First card was issued in September 1996 called „AUGMENTIN“. This type of phonecards is produced on the order of solvent firms or persons in limited quantity from 500 pcs to 10 000 pcs. Cards are used as a rule, for purposes of advertisement and presentations of ordering person or issued for collectors and speculations. Each has minimum 10 units. Very hard to get.
