The 3rd. Field
(formerly 2nd. Field). A new building has replaced the old carpenter shack at the
far end of the playing field. This particular spot was very popular during the
cool autumn months before the end of the school year. Since the warm rays of
the rising sun would reach this spot first most of the students would
congregate here each morning after breakfast to warm themselves before heading
off to class.
