Final day of cycling after spending the night at the Finca Balboa in Aracena. We rode through spectacular scenery beneath forrested mountains dotted with pueblos blancos (white villages). You'd never know it from the pictures, but it poured rain most of the ride. About thirty minutes from the end the clouds parted and let the sun shine through...

The 10th century Mezquita (mosque) on top of the hill is built from materials recovered from the ruins of a Roman fort at the same location. The Mezquita is considered a gem of Islamic architecture. The round building on the right is the town's bull ring.
