These two are the oldest catholic churches in Hong Kong. The
left one is St. Teresa Church, located in Waterloo Road, Kowloon.
My parents got married in this church.The right is the cathedral
of Hong Kong.
A legendary
story is behind the establishment of this sculpture. It is said
lots of vital car accidents happened near the corner facing the
sculpture (of course, the sculpture was not there yet). Later,
the church placed this sculpture right in front of that corner.
Believe or not, number of accidents decreased sharply!
