Rush Hour (1)
With a 2 mg sleeping aid, I fell asleep around 11 last night. Kinda excited not only because I would write my last exam in school life, but also I would leave Montreal this afternoon. Well, there are more to do: sending some stuffs back home; having supper with my cousin in Toronto; having a drink with Irene and her family before leaving Toronto...etc.
I was up at 7am. After taking some leftovers in fridge, it was almost time to leave for a 9am exam. The exam went well. I only spent 2 hours in finishing a 3 hours long exam. Got out a little earlier than expected. But I did not go home. Instead, I had to stay in school to meet some friends to carry some boxes to post office. I got Harry on time in the lobby and started moving the boxes around 12:30pm. We finished before 1. After that, I went to school again to meet Michelle as she was driving me to the airport. Everything was fine. I got to the airport at 2pm and made it to the plane leaving Montreal at 4pm.
Stephanie and Jason picked me at the airport about 5:45pm. Guess what we immediately after? We went to Krispy Kream Donuts!! The donuts there were just so good. I bought a dozen to board the plane simply because the flight would be long (19 hours, including a technical stop in Anchorage), and I worried there was not much to eat. After Krispy Kream, we had supper in a Chinese restaurant. Later, we headed to Playdium and played couple of high-tech games. An hour, about 9pm, Uncle Thompson brought Jacqualine and Irene to join us for a drink. My flight would leave Toronto at 1130 that evening. So couldn't stay there for too long. Jason drove me to the airport at 10. I checked it my bags and went straight to boarding gate to join Wen Tsern, whom I would travel to Singapore with.
I did not intend plan to rush myself. However, the time constraint really made me to keep things going in this way. Hours later, I would arrive in Anchorage. The plane would stay there for about 45 minutes. Will see if I would be again rushing around in the airport. For sure, I would have another tight schedule after getting to Hong Kong. This was my itenary:
CX 829 Anchorage-Hong Kong Arrived at 6:30am May 1
CX 737 Hong Kong-Singapore Departed at 4:00pm May 1
What about the few hours in between? I will first go home to drop off my big belongs and repack some essentials for my onward trip to Singapore. Then, I shall show Wen Tsern some places in Hong Kong.
