1994

These were taken in Hong Kong International School where we presented in the Interschool Speech Contest 1994. My schoolmate Cheung Yeung (the one with white face and a porportionally big head standing in the middle of the second picture) won the junior story telling competition. It was my first exposure to a so-called "nobel school" in Hong Kong: large cafeteria, tennis court, swimming pool, air conditioned performance hall with silk chairs...

Few months after the contest, the organizer held the award ceremony in City Hall. Cheung Yeung received his trophy and cash award that day.

Shortly after the award presentation, we took a picture with Emily Lau who was a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council.

In September of the same year, I started grade 10. Here are my classmates and form master Mr. Wong Wing Nin:
