| BEFORE THE BRICK
This is a pre-brick photo of the front, or north facing side of the house. As of April 21, all the brick is up.
|
| READY FOR THE WOOD BLINDS
All of the windows have since been washed. The Great Room Windows will have white wood blinds and the Master Bedroom will have shaded cellular blinds.
|
| WAITING FOR THE GRASS TO GROW
You'd never guess by this photo that there would be "white-out" snow four days later. We went to the Rockies Game hoping for better weather.
|
| THE SHADY SIDE
The east facing side of the house has windows only for the master bedroom and the home office.
|
| YES, IT DOES GET HOT HERE
We made sure that air conditioning was installed. Despite the snow back there on the Rockies, we expect HOT summers.
|
| GRIT AND GROUT
We discovered on our last visit that the Hardwood floor was in. The kitchen cabinets, no-wax floor and ceramic tile had been set down.

| DOWNTOWN ERIE'S PEAK TRAFFIC
Here's the main drag in Downtown Erie. Not to be confused with Main St., which is not a paved road! I could have stood there for several minutes before any cars drove by. The Post Office, on the far left, is closed and locked on Sundays, and the mail doesn't leave town until after 4:00 pm Monday. There are no traffic signals in this part of town, and only a few stop signs. The main road west to Boulder is Cheesman Ave.; only one of the street signs has the town logo for Erie on it - A big wedge of Cheese!
