Swiney's Dark

5/6 can "Morgan's Royal Oak Amber Ale" wet barl ey malt
5/6 can "Morgan's Caramalt Master Blend" wet barley malt
1 package Irish Ale yeast
Water to 5 gallons
Primer: Priming sugar Morgan's materials present from Jonathan
Cans claim to require 6 US gallons of water for a full batch (hence using 5/6 of a can)

I used the siphon to stir. I really should get a long spoon in the future. Swiney's Dark I named it dark as the wort looked black, but the color of the b eer itself is more an amber or caramel color

It has quite a good flavor, smooth and not bitter, slightly roasted flavor to it ... perhaps from roasted Barley
