1lb 50L Crystal Malt
1/4 lb Choclate Malt
1/4 lb Roasted Barley
5.5 lb Light Dry Malt
1 oz Styrian Goldings Hops pellets
37 mL Flavor-Mate Hazel Nut Flavoring
Yeast Lab 'English Ale'
1 cup corn syrup (primer)
Steeped grains as water
was coming to a boil and ~5-10 mins after. Hopped from 45 mins-25 mins left in
60 minute boil. Hazelnut flavoring was added at the same time as the yeast.
This is the second attempt with this recipe as I had complications during my
first attempt
