There are places in Utah where the sun don't shine.

The rock in southern Utah has as many colors as a bright fall day. Uplift and erosion have been in a constant battle for centuries. The 'scars' of their wars translate to photogenic landscape and hard to navigate crevaces. Scrambling through the canyon country can leave you baked, exhausted, and awestruck. The friendly Feeney's and their guys came up from Phoenix to enjoy some downtime with me the last weekend, and we all enjoyed some great laughs and hiking. The pictures below include canyons viewed from the bottom, the top, and the switchbacks inbetween.
