This is the brick on the basement patio retaining wall and it is cracked through out the wall. This crack is about 1/4" wide and zig zags through the wall. But since I don't have any major issues and I have an excellent built home, is this an issue? |

The trim or drip edge that goes around the bottom of the house. Is this suppose to be this way? But no major problems and an excellent built home, built by Jay Applegate. |

If you look at this picture you will see a yardstick laid at what should be the joint between the driveway and the sidewalk. As you can see the sidewalk has dropped about 2" leaving a tripping hazardous. But hell, the house was built by Jay Applegate and I don't have any major problems and it is an excellent built house. |
