Angmoh is an expression which was used during the colonial times by the Singaporeans to describe the foreigners living in Singapore, 'Ang' meaning 'red' and 'Moh' means 'hair" !   This Hokien (one of the many dialects spoken by the Chinese community) is still in use today, in particular in the expression 'AngMoh Siao !', "Siao' meaning something like 'crazy'.
