LOVE IS A POWERFUL FORCE
Love comes in different flavors, like ice cream cones. There is the love I feel for my children,
the sweetest of all loves. There is love felt for my family, deep and binding. I share love
with my friends, emotional, honest and happy, enduring all. I have a special love for my dog, Roxanne,
who depends on me for every single thing in her life, even hugs and kisses. I possess
a very special love for all the patients I care for in my work each day.
Then, there is the most magical kind of love....the love between a man and a woman, an unconditional
love between two people who pledge to love and care for one another thru thick and thin, binding
themselves together as a unique spirit and stronger than written or spoken words in their oneness.
This love shall withstand all. It is the ultimate power of souls and a force unconquerable by
others. This love understands and forgives the mistakes life is unable to avoid. With this love
comes a joy and happiness certainly comparable to that of celestial beings......a never-ending
smile, a glow from within, a goodness that overflows to be shared with the world.
Do you believe in everlasting love? I do. Though my life experiences have taught me many hard
lessons, I still have faith in undying love....somewhere out there! Fragments of my heart have
been pieced together again this past year and re-charged with The Power of Love. It feels sooo
right!
